All you need is about the space of a twin sized bed with enough room to walk around all sides of the bed.

The treatment takes place at your house, in a room with adequate space - living room is a common place. Any room thats quiet with enough space will work great.

I will arrive about 10 minutes early to get you to fill out a paper health history form, while I set up the table.

We will then discuss what you would like to work on, so I can come up with an appropriate treatment plan.

I will then leave to use your bathroom, or kitchen to wash my hands while you get undressed and on the table. Then asking permission to return when you are all set!

I bring the table, the sheets, the blanket, pillows and the music.

The only think I require is space, and a sink to wash my hands in before/after the treatment.

You may wish to have a robe, or pyjamas to change into after the treatment

You can choose to provide your own music, or request a playlist on Spotify to me.

You may chose to set up nice lighting for the treatment.

Whatever is most comfortable to for you! Most clients choose to undress to just their underwear so maximize skin on skin contact, others chose to wear clothing or a bra. We can work through the linens if preferred as well. The focus will be on you, the clients comfort level.

If you cancel after 24hrs before the start of the treatment you will be billed 50% of the treatment price. The reason for the cancellation policy is to respect the time of the therapist and it is likely not enough time to book another client in need. In some emergency situations the cancellation policy maybe waved.

Make a space for me to set up the table, you can choose dim lighting or whatever lighting you prefer. You can have a hot shower before the treatment to warm up the mucles.

You can place your hands beside you, down by your sides with palms facing down, hanging of the sides align with the table, or up on the stool or chair above head is provided. I will move them around during the course of the treatment but please start wherever is most comfortable!

Currently I do not do direct billing but a receipt will be provided by email with in 24hrs of the treatment that you can submit and claim to your insurer!

I love pets! I am totally okay going to houses with pets. Ideally if they can be kept away during the treatment - but if they need to greet us that’s okay too

If you don’t live in Kingston but surrounding areas that is okay - there will be a small fee added for extra km’s driven - please send and email if you have any questions and we can discuss extra fee on a case by case bases
